EXCITING EVENT IN THE DONGGUAN AREA.
The very best of the East combined with innovation and new technology from the West has been brought together in Dongguan where a new partnership between Xutian Packing machine Company and Atlanta Stretch of Santarcangelo, Rimini, Italy began production of Stretch wrapping machinery at the beginning of the Summer in a purpose built facility capable of handling several years of expected growth in the Chinese and Asian markets for a completely new range of pallet Stretch wrappers from entry level to fully automatic applications.
With the explosion of pallet use and handling in China, the home market desperately needs new technology and quality build to ensure the optimum pallet security using the minimum film quantity whilst ensuring minimum cost.
Xutian who are already the largest manufacturer of strapping machines in China with some 30,000 unit sales each year through some 180 Distributors across Asia, introduced pallet stretch wrapping machines three years ago and have already established their name and reputation for this new product range. The partnership with Atlanta has brought some exciting innovation from a young and dynamic Company with a great deal of experience gained through many years in the Industry. New ideas and unique features have combined with the low cost manufacturing techniques of Xutian to produce a product which will establish a new Brand in the Asian market place.
The Atlanta brand was launched some three years ago in the Western World and has already established a network of major Distributors around the World. The entry level machines offer unique features with original designs and top sheet feeders, the high speed Omega is quite unique in its ability to wrap in a very versatile manner at the highest speeds at a very competitive price.
The new facility includes an accommodation block for 150 staff and there is plenty of space for some exciting growth which the new Company anticipates over the next few years.
The Xutian/Atlanta machines including Mytho-easy pallet wrapper and Synthesi pallet wrapper were first introduced at Propack, Shanghai to assess market reaction and the results were even better than could have been expected. A Distribution network is being established and the Company is keen to hear from well established and experienced Companies across Asia who believe they should be considered.
With the continuing growth in China, there is still an aspiration for Western technology and the idea that perfect wrapping with a combination of product safety and cost savings will surely be of real interest to the discerning Customer.
